الدراسات العليا من بُعد ، رؤية مستقبلية للدراسات العليا بکلية التربية الفنية- جامعة حلوان"

يواجه الدراسات العليا في مختلف دول العالم تحديات ضخمة نتيجة للتطورات العلمية والتکنولوجية والسياسية والاجتماعية الهائلة ، خاصة تلک التي حدثت في الربع الأخير من القرن العشرين في مجال تکنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات والتي أصبحت ضرورة من ضروريات المؤسسات الدراسات العليا  الحديثة ، ويعد الاهتمام بها مظهراً من مظاهر العناية بالعملية التعليمية لطلاب الدراسات العليا بکافة أشکالها، وقد فرضت الحاجة إلي توفير فرص "لتعليم مستمر مدي الحياة" واستخدام وسائط غير تقليدية تتمثل في نظام الدراسات العليا من بُعد After graduate from    لمواجهة هذا التحدي ولتحقيق أهداف تعليمية متعددة.
       والدراسات العليا من بُعد يختلف عن الدراسات العليا التقليدي، حيث يجعل المتعلم قادراً علي التعلم بفاعلية کبيرة وفقاً لقدراته واستعداداته، وهذا يعد في حد ذاته هدفاً تربوياً يسعي أي نظام تربوي إلي تحقيقه.
       ورغم الجهود المبذولة من قبل مؤسسات الدراسات العليا لتحقيق آمال وطموحات المجتمعات إلا أن المشاکل مازالت بعيدة الحل، وقضايا الدراسات العليا أصبحت أکثر تعقيداً وصعوبة ، ومن هناک ان لا بد من إيجاد صيغ جديدة تستطيع أن تسهم بشکل فعال في التغلب علي تلک الصعوبات ومن تلک الصيغ المطروحة هي الدراسات العليا من بُعد.
أهمية البحث:
1-   تلبية الطلب المتزايد من فئات المجتمع علي الدراسات العليا
2-   تزايد الإنفاق علي الدراسات العليا مما يتطلب وجود نمط جديد من الدراسات العليا تکون تکلفته أقل من الدراسات العليا التقليدي .
3-   التواصل مع المجتمع أي تفعيل خدمة المجتمع في مجالي التدريب و الدراسات العليا .
أهداف البحث :        
1-   توفير نظام للتعليم مدي الحياة للعاملين في المجالات المختلفة بما يواکب التطورات الحديثة
2-   المساهمة في الارتقاء بتثقيف المواطنين من أجل مواجهة التغيرات المتسارعة في المعارف
3-   تخفيف الضغط علي المؤسسات الدراسات العليا  النظامية .
4-   توفير برامج و تخصصات تفي بحاجة المجتمعات العربية تفي بالحاجات المتجددة .
5-   فتح فرص للتخضضات الجديدة التي تفي بالاحتياجات المستقبلية .
6-   التکامل بين أشکال الدراسات العليا و أنماطه المختلفة .
7-   توفير فرص الدراسات العليا لمن حرموا منها أو فاتتهم تلک الفرص .
Postgraduate studies in various countries of the world face huge challenges as a result of the tremendous scientific, technological, political and social developments, especially those that took place in the last quarter of the twentieth century in the field of ICTs. And the use of non-traditional media in the post graduate system to meet this challenge and to achieve the objectives of Multiple alim.
Postgraduate studies are different from traditional graduate studies, which makes the learner able to learn effectively according to his abilities and aptitudes, which in itself is an educational goal that any educational system seeks to achieve.
Despite the efforts exerted by higher education institutions to realize the hopes and aspirations of societies, the problems are still far from being solved. The issues of graduate studies have become more complex and difficult. Hence, it is necessary to find new formulas that can effectively contribute to overcoming these difficulties.
