رؤية مقترحة للتنمية المهنية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال فى ضوء بعض الاتجاهات المعاصرة

تعد معلمة رياض الأطفال من أهم عناصر المنظومة التربوية فى مرحلة رياض الأطفال ، وبقدر الاهتمام بها في الإعداد والتدريب والرعاية بقدر ما تتحقق الأهداف التربوية فى هذه المرحلة المهمة من عمر الطفل فى الروضة ، حيث يناط بها مسئولية تحقيق الجزء الأکبر من أهداف العملية التربوية فى الروضة فيما يتعلق بنمو الأطفال في المجالات المختلفة ، وعلي ذلک يعتبر الاعداد المهنى والتنمية المهنية لمعلمة الروضة جزءاً لايتجزأ من دعائم نجاح الروضة فى تحقيق أهدافها المختلفة
وتسعى الدراسه الحاليه الى تقديم رؤية تربوية مقترحة لتطوير التنمية المهنية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال ، فى ضوء بعض الاتجاهات المعاصرة ؛ إيماناً بأن التنمية المهنية هي المفتاح الأساسي لإکساب المهارات المهنية والأکاديمية لأى معلم سواء عن طريق الأنشطة المباشرة في برامج التدريب الرسمية ، أو باستخدام أساليب التعلم الذاتي وغيرها.
