الخارطة الإستراتيجية لدمج ذوي الإعاقة في التعليم الجامعي المصري بالاستناد لنظرية ما بعد الإنسانية والنموذج الاجتماعي

ملخص البحث
أحدثت التطورات في النظريات والنماذج الاجتماعية المفسرة للاعاقة والداعمة لدمج ذوي الاعاقة في التعليم العالي،  ثورة في السياسات الاجتماعية والتشريعية المتعلقة بتوفير تکافؤ الفرص في التعليم والتوظيف للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، ولکن من الملاحظ أن معاهد التعليم العالي والجامعات مازالت أمامها طريق طويل لتقليص الفجوة في تعميم سياسة دمج ذوي الإعاقة في التعليم العالي، وتعديل المعايير الأکاديمية وفقا لاحتياجاتهم؛ في ضوء خبرات بعض الدول المطبقة لسياسة الدمج عالميا وعربيا، بالاستناد إلي النماذج الاجتماعية ونظرية ما بعد الإنسانية الحرجة التي تنادي بالتعامل مع ذوي الإعاقة تعاملا موضوعيا محايدا مرتکزا علي الحقوق والواجبات، علي أساس أن هذا الاهتمام سيکون له عائد تنموي علي المجتمع ککل، وليس من باب الشفقة أو الهبة ولکن المنفعة الفردية والمجتمعية؛ مما يحتاج إلي رسم خارطة طريق إستراتيجية لدمج ذوي الإعاقة في التعليم العالي من هذا المنظور.

Despite the revolution in the social and legislative policies related to providing equal opportunities in education and employment for persons with disabilities, higher education institutes and universities still have a long way to reduce the gap in the generalization of the policy of integrating persons with disabilities in higher education and amend academic standards according to their needs in light of the experiences of some of the applied countries The policy of global and Arab integration, based on the critical social models and post-human theory that advocate dealing with people with disabilities, is an objective, impartial and rights-based interaction, with the belief that this interest will have a developmental return on It brings together a whole, and not a matter of gift, but individual and societal benefit; which needs to draw a road map strategy for the integration of people with disabilities in higher education from this perspective.
