برنامج مقترح قائم على التعلم بالمشروع لتنمية مهارات ريادة الأعمال لدى طلاب المدارس الثانوية التجارية

مستخلص البحث 
هدف البحث إلي بناء برنامج مقترح  قائم علي التعلم بالمشروع لتنمية مهارات ريادة الأعمال لدى طلاب المدارس الثانوية التجارية , وتم إجراء تجربة البحث علي مجموعة مكونه من (30) من طالبات مدرسة التجارة الثانوية بنات للعام الدراسي 2023/ 2024, وتم استخدام التصميم التجريبي المعروف بأسم تصميم المجموعة التجريبية الواحدة ذات القياس القبلي البعدي مجموعة تجريبية ( مجموعة البحث ) والقياس قبلي وبعدي , ولتحقيق أهداف البحث , أتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي في الإطلاع علي الدراسات والأدبيات , وتم استخدام المنهج الشبه التجريبي في تحديد فاعلية المتغيرات المستقل في المتغيرات التابعة , وتمثلت أدوات البحث في الإختبار التحصيلي المعرفي, واختبار المواقف لمهارات ريادة الأعمال وطبقت أدوات البحث قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج المقترح , وقد توصل البحث إلي النتائج التالية :

يوجد فرق دال إحصائيًا بين متوسطي درجات طالبات مجموعة البحث في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي لريادة الأعمال كدرجة كلية لصالح التطبيق البعدي.
يوجد فرق دال إحصائيًا بين متوسطي درجات طالبات مجموعة البحث في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي لريادة الأعمال كمستويات فرعية كل على حدة، لصالح التطبيق البعدي.
يوجد فرق دال إحصائيًا بين متوسطي درجات طالبات مجموعة البحث في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار مواقف مهارات ريادة الأعمال كدرجة كلية لصالح التطبيق البعدي.
يوجد فرق دال إحصائيًا بين متوسطي درجات طالبات مجموعة البحث في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار مواقف مهارات ريادة الأعمال كمهارات فرعية كل على حدة، لصالح التطبيق البعدي.

Abstract                                                                  
The research aimed to determine the effectiveness of the proposed program based on project learning in developing entrepreneurship skills among commercial high school students. The research experiment was conducted on a group of (40) commercial high school students for the academic year 2023/2024, and an experimental design was used.
 This design is known as the design of one experimental group with pre-post measurement, aexperimental group (research group) and pre- and post-measurement. To achieve the research objectives, the research followed the descriptive approach in reviewing studies and literature.   
The quasi-experimental approach was used in determining the effectiveness of the independent variables in the dependent variables. The tools were Research into the cognitive achievement test, the attitude test for entrepreneurship skills, and the measure of attitude toward self-employment. Research tools were applied before and after implementing the proposed program. The research reached the following results:

There is a statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students in the achievement test before and after teaching the two experimental units in favor of the post-application.
There is a statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students in the pre- and post-test of attitudes for entrepreneurship skills in favor of the post-application.
There is a statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students on the pre- and post-test of self-employment in favor of the post-application.

Which confirms the effectiveness of using the project learning program in improving the level of achievement and practical performance of entrepreneurship skills and the attitude towards self-employment among commercial secondary school students. The results of the research also indicated that there is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the pre- and post-group in favor of the post-group. This result confirms the importance of Project learning program to develop entrepreneurship skills and attitudes towards self-employment among commercial secondary school students.
