واقع الإنفاق الأسري على التعليم الثانوي العام في مصر: دراسة تحليلية

استهدف البحث الحالي دراسة الإنفاق الأسري على تعليم الأبناء المقيدين في التعليم الثانوي العام في مصر في العام الدراسي 2021/2022. وقد قام البحث الحالي برصد الإنفاق الأسري على المصروفات المدرسية، والإنفاق على الكتب الدراسية الرسمية وعلى الكتب الخارجية، والإنفاق على الكراسات والأدوات المكتبية، والإنفاق على شراء المساطر والأدوات الهندسية والبراجل والمقالم والآلات الحاسبة، والإنفاق على شراء الزي المدرسي، والإنفاق على شراء الأحذية الجلدية والأحذية الرياضية، والإنفاق على الدروس الخصوصية الجماعية (في السناتر) والدروس الخصوصية الفردية (في المنزل)، وتحليل آليات زيادة ميزانية التعليم الثانوي العام في مصر في المستقبل. وتم تطبيق البحث على عينة بلغ عددها 436 معلمًا يعملون في 54 مدرسة ثانوية عامة تقع في 4 محافظات مختلفة وموزعة على 22 إدارة تعليمية. وانتهي البحث بصياغة آليات لإصلاح تمويل التعليم الثانوي العام في مصر في ضوء آراء المفحوصين في عينة البحث.  
Abstract:
The current piece of research aimed at studying the expenditure of families on the education of their children who are enrolled at general senior secondary schools in Egypt in the academic year 2021/2022. It analyzed the familial expenditure on tuition fees, educational supplemental tutorial books, buying notebooks and stationery items, buying rulers, compasses, pen cases, & calculators, buying school uniforms, buying leather shoes & athletic shoes, expenditure on collective tutorial sessions at educational centers, & expenditure on individual tutorial sessions at home. In addition, the current piece of research investigated the mechanisms of increasing the funds that could be allocated to financing general secondary education in Egypt. The sample of this research included 436 teachers who were working at 54 general senior secondary school located within 4 different governorates situated at 22 educational directorates in Egypt. The current piece of research ended with formulating a number of mechanisms that Egypt can utilize in reforming the funding of her general senior secondary schools in the light of the opinions of individuals in the sample of the study.
