تنمية المهارات المستقبلية لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية من خلال برنامج تربية علمية قائم على نظرية الذكاء الناجح

هدف البحث إلى تنمية المهارات المستقبلية لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الاعدادية من خلال برنامج تربية علمية في ضوء نظرية الذكاء الناجح، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تمّ إعداد مقياس المهارات المستقبلية ودليل المعلم لتدريس موضوعات البرنامج، وكذلك إعداد كراسة نشاط للتلميذ. كما اختيرت مجموعة البحث من مدرستي "جابر الأنصاري الخاصة" و"بيبرس الخاصة" التابعان لإدارة المطرية التعليمية بالقاهرة، ليمثلا مجموعتي البحث التجريبية والضابطة، والتي تكونت من (80) تلميذاً من بين تلاميذ الصف الثاني الإعدادي، وتم تقسيمهم على مجموعتين، الأولى(40) تلميذاً تمثل المجموعة الضابطة من مدرسة "بيبرس الخاصة"، والثانية (40) تلميذاً تمثل المجموعة التجريبية من مدرسة "جابر الأنصاري الخاصة" وقد استخدم الباحث المنهجين البحثين التاليين: المنهج الوصفي التحليلي عند إعداد الأدوات البحثية و برنامج التربية العلمية ودليل المعلم وأداة التقويم "مقياس المهارات المستقبلية"، أما المنهج الثاني فهو المنهج التجريبي ذو المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية: عند التأكد من فاعلية برنامج التربية العلمية في تنمية المهارات المستقبلية لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية، وبذلك تم تطبيق البرنامج مع تطبيق أداة التقويم على مجموعتي البحث قبليا وبعديا، وكشفت النتائج عن وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطات درجات تلاميذ المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية في التطبيق البعدي لأداة التقويم لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، وبين متوسطي درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لصالح التطبيق البعدي، مما أكد فاعلية البرنامج المقترح القائم على نظرية الذكاء الناجح لتنمية المهارات المستقبلية لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية، وفي ضوء النتائج خلص البحث إلى مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات تتمثل في إدراج بناء برنامج تعليمي قائم على نظرية الذكاء الناجح لدى التلاميذ لتنمية المهارات المستقبلية لديهم في مقررات العلوم المختلفة.
Abstract:
 The research aimed to develop the future skills of middle school students through a scientific education program in light of the theory of successful intelligence. To achieve this goal, a note card for the performance of future skills, a measure of future skills, and a teacher’s guide based on the theory of successful intelligence were prepared for teaching the program’s topics, as well as the preparation of activity sheets for the student. The research group was also chosen from the “Jaber Al-Ansari Private” and “Baybars Private” schools, affiliated with the Matareya Educational Administration in Cairo, to represent the experimental and control research groups, which consisted of (80) students from among the second year of preparatory school, and they were divided into two groups, the first (40) (One student represents the control group from Baybars Private School, and the second (40) students represents the experimental group from Jaber Al-Ansari Private School. The researcher used the following two research approaches: the descriptive analytical approach when preparing research tools, the scientific education program, the teacher’s guide, and the two evaluation tools. Future skills performance note card and future skills measure.” As for the second curriculum, it is the experimental curriculum with the control and experimental groups: when ensuring the effectiveness of the scientific education program in developing future skills among middle school students. Thus, the program was applied with the application of the two evaluation tools to the two research groups beforehand. And afterward, the results revealed a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average scores of the students of the control and experimental groups in the post-application of the evaluation tool in favor of the experimental group, and between the average scores of the students of the experimental group in the pre- and post-application in favor of the post-application, which confirmed the effectiveness of the existing proposed program. On the theory of successful intelligence to develop future skills among preparatory school students, and in light of the results, the research concluded with a set of recommendations and proposals, namely including the construction of an educational program based on the theory of successful intelligence among students to develop their future skills in various science courses.
