استخدام العنف في مراكز التربية الخاصة في محافظة شمال غزة وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات من وجهة نظر أولياء الآمور

مستخلص البحث:
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة "مدى استخدام العنف في مراكز التربية الخاصة في محافظة شمال غزة وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات من وجهة نظر أولياء الأمور". وقد اختار الباحث عينة عشوائية بلغ قوامها (50) من أولياء الأمور، لتحقيق أغراض الدراسة استخدم الباحث أداة الدراسة من اعداده، الاستبانة تكونت من جزأين: الأول: تضمن بيانات أولية عن المبحوثين، أما الثاني: فتضمن الفقرات التي تقيس استجابات أولياء الأمور، وكانت من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة:
أن استجابة أفراد العينة حول "استخدام العنف في مراكز التربية الخاصة" بلغ الوزن النسبي للمحور ككل (72.67%)، وهذا يدل على وجود مستوى متوسط من الموافقة على المحور ككل.
أشكال وصور العنف في المراكز في التربية الخاصة بمحافظة شمال غزة؛ (يستخدم رفسات الارجل مع ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، يلطمه على وجه بشكل مستمر، اهانته بشدة أمام زملائه من ذوي الاحتياجات، يتم استغلاله نفسياً بشكل سلبي، النظر بازدراء إلى ذوي الإعاقة بسبب اعاقتهم، يصرخ في وجهه بشدة أمام زملائه، يسخر منه أمام زملائه الاخرين، إطلاق أسماء عليه لا تليق به).
كما أظهرت النتائج أن استجابة أفراد العينة حول "دور إدارة مراكز التربية في الحد من العنف من قبل الاخصائي" بلغ الوزن النسبي للمحور ككل (66.82%)، وهذا يدل على وجود مستوى متوسط من الموافقة على المحور ككل.
لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أولياء الامور في رأيهم حول " مدى استخدام العنف في مراكز التربية الخاصة في محافظة شمال غزة من وجهة نظر أولياء الامور " تعزى لمتغير (الجنس، العمر، مكان السكن، المستوى التعليمي).
Abstract
The study aimed to find out "the extent of the use of violence in special education centers in the North Gaza governorate and its relationship to some variables from parents' perspectives." The researcher chose a random sample of (50) parents to achieve the purposes of the study. The researcher used the study tool that he prepared. The questionnaire consisted of two parts: the first: it included preliminary data on the respondents, and the second: included the paragraphs that measure the responses of the parents. The most important findings of the study:
That the respondents ’response to“ the use of violence in special education centers ”reached the relative weight of the axis as a whole (72.67%), and this indicates a moderate level of approval for the axis as a whole.
Forms and images of violence in centers of special education in North Gaza Governorate; (He uses leg kicks with people with special needs, slapping him on a regular basis, severely insulting him in front of his colleagues with special needs, being used negatively psychologically, looking down on people with disabilities because of their disability, shouting at him loudly in front of his colleagues, mocking him in front of his other colleagues, Calling him names that are not appropriate for him).
As the results showed, The response of the respondents to "the role of the education centers administration in reducing violence by the specialist" reached the relative weight of the axis as a whole (66.82%), and this indicates the presence of an average level of approval for the whole axis.
There are no statistically significant differences between parents regarding "the extent of violence use in special education centers in North Gaza governorate from the parents' point of view" due to a variable (gender, age, place of residence, educational level).
