مدى وعي أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية البنات جامعة عين شمس بجهودها في التحول لجامعة خضراء "دراسة ميدانية"

ملخص الدراسة:
هدفت الدراسة إلى: تحليل الإطار المفاهيمي للجامعات الخضراء وكذلك جهود جامعة عين شمس للتحول إلى جامعة خضراء. كما هدفت إلى الكشف عن مدى وعي أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية البنات جامعة عين شمس بجهودها للتحول إلى جامعة خضراء، ثم وضع مقترحات إجرائية لتحسين هذا الوعي.
واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، بالإضافة إلى تصميم استبانة للكشف عن مدى وعي عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية البنات جامعة عين شمس عن جهودها للتحول نحو الأخضر، وبلغت العينة التي طبق عليها 265 عضواً من أعضاء هيئة التدريس.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى ما يلي: جاء وعي أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية البنات جامعة عين شمس في جهود الجامعة للتحول لجامعة خضراء متوسطاً، وتوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين الأعضاء في الوعي بالنسبة لمتغير التخصص لصالح التخصص العلمي، ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين الأعضاء في الوعي بالنسبة لمتغير الدرجة العلمية على مجمل الاستبانة، وتوجد فروق في الوعي على البعد العاطفي والوجداني فقط لصالح فئة مدرس.
Abstract:
The study aimed to: Analyze the conceptual framework of green universities as well as Ain Shams University’s efforts to transform into a green university. It aimed also to reveal the extent of consciousness of faculty members at the Women’s Faculty, Ain Shams University, about its efforts to transform into a green university, then it Developed procedural proposals to improve that level of consciousness.
The study used the descriptive method, in addition to designing a questionnaire to reveal the extent of consciousness of a sample of faculty members at the Women’s Faculty, Ain Shams University, of its efforts to transform towards green. The questionnaire was applied to 265 members of the faculty as a sample.
The study found that The consciousness of faculty members at the Women’s Faculty, Ain Shams University, regarding the university’s efforts to transform into a green university was average, there are statistically significant differences between members in their consciousness with respect to the specialization variable, in favor of scientific specialization, There are no statistically significant differences between members in awareness regarding the academic degree variable on the entire questionnaire, and there are differences in awareness on the emotional dimension only in favor of the teacher category.
