متطلبات تطبيق بحوث الفعل فى مؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعى بمصر

تعتمد بحوث الفعل على تأمل الباحث فى الممارسات التى يقوم بها فى الميدان التربوى بهدف فهم أفضل للعملية التربوية ، وبالتالى فهى تسعى إلى " إحداث التغيير على مستوى المعلم والمدرسة والإدارة نحو نهج تربوي وتعليمى أفضل ، کما تسعى إلى زيادة الدافعية فى العملية التعليمية / التعلمية ، ومن ثم زيادة دافعية العمل ، وترسيخ الديمقراطية فى العملية التعليمية ، وإعطاء المعلم الفرصة للبحث والاستقصاء والتقييم على مبدأ المساواة بينه وبين الباحث والمدير ، وهذا من شأنه أن يؤدى إلى ترسيخ فکرة المعلم الباحث والمعلم المتعلم "
 إضافة إلى ذلک أن بحوث الفعل تساعد المعلم على تطوير نفسه مهنياً لتتکامل معرفته بالتخصص وأساليب وطرائق تدريسه ، کما تزيد من قدراته التحليلية ووعيه بذاته وتفکيره الناقد ، کما تساهم فى تحسين التواصل بين المعلمين والباحثين التربويين والإدارة المدرسية والمجتمع الخارجى
        ونظراً لهذه الأهمية لبحوث الفعل ، فقد قامت مؤسسات المجتمع الرسمية وغير الرسمية بمجموعة من المشروعات التجريبية القائمة على اتجاه بحوث الفعل التى تعتمد على مدخل التحسين والإصلاح المتمرکز على المدرسة ، منها : مبادرة مشروع ( ARAS ) in Accreditation School Action Research بمعهد الشرق الأوسط للتعليم العالى فى التربية بالجامعة الأمريکية بالقاهرة ، والتى تهدف إلى تحقيق الجودة فى المدرسة من خلال تطبيق منهجية بحوث الفعل وذلک بالتعاون مع کليات التربية ، ووزارة التربية والتعليم ، ومؤسسات أخرى لإحداث تحول نحو نسق تربوى جديد Paradigm Shift يرتکز على المدرسة واحتياجاتها ، ويتجسد فى جعل المدرسة قادرة على مواجهة مشکلاتها بنفسها من خلال عمل تعاونى تشارکى يهدف إلى إيجاد حلول عملية مدروسة للمشکلات التى تعانى منها المدرسة للوصول إلى الجودة والاعتماد التربوى  ، ومما لا ريب فيه أن أية محاولة للإصلاح تبدأ من نقطة إعادة الثقة فى المدرسة ، حيث هى الأساس الصحيح لعملية إصلاح وتطوير التعليم فى مصر .
وبناءً على کل ماسبق انبثقت فکرة البحث الحالى فى ذهن الباحث وتحددت فى التساؤل التالى : " ما التصورالمقترح لأهم متطلبات تطبيق بحوث الفعل فى مؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعى بمصر
