التطوير التنظيمي لکلية التربية جامعة عين شمس في ضوء متطلبات تحقيق ضمان الجودة "رؤية مستقبلية"

يمکن القول بأن کليات التربية کمؤسسات لإعداد المعلم تواجه في الوقت الحالي من تاريخ مصر تحدياً استراتيجياً يتمثل في کونها تتبني استراتيجية رد الفعل والتکيف للمتغيرات المحيطة، بينما هي مطالبة بممارسة ريادية وإدارة التغيير وقيادته في المستقبل القريب. ومن ثم يصبح تجويد منظومة کليات التربية مطلباً مجتمعياً ويتطلب النظر في امکانية التطوير التنظيمي لهذه الکليات وربطها بالتصورات الواضحة حول مستقبل الأداء في نظم إعداد المعلم من جهة، وبحيث تستوعب متطلبات تحقيق ضمان الجودة من جهة أخري، خاصة مع ما يثار من انتقادات واسعة حول ضعف مستوى خريجي کليات التربية وعدم تمکنهم من المواد التخصصية التي يقومون بتدريسها، وضعف مستوي الممارسة التربوية لديهم، الأمر الذي ينذر بعواقب وخيمة ويهدد مستقبل هذه الکليات
وقدعملت سرعة التغير وقوته علي اندفاع کليات التربية نحو التطوير وتبني استراتيجيات تنظيمية مغايرة إلا أن البعض ينظر إلي کليات التربية بعد اخذها بهذه الاستراتيجيات باعتبارها منظمات تقترب من حافة الفوضى Edge of chaos  نظراً لحجم الانتقادات التي تنصب عليها وافتقاد هذه الاستراتيجيات للمرونة اللازمة لاستيعاب سرعة التغيرات المحيطة بکليات التربية ويتضح ذلک فيما تشهده الکليات من صعوبات للتعامل مع هذه الانتقادات کما تشير بعض الأدبيات
ومن ثم تسعي الدراسة الحالية للاجابة علي التساؤلات التالية التي تدور حولها الدراسة وهي:

ما طبيعة العلاقة بين البنى التنظيمية في کلية التربية جامعة عين شمس وبين نظم إعداد المعلم ؟
ما ضرورة التطوير التنظيمي لکليات التربية لتحسين جودة الاداء بکليات التربية؟
ما واقع منظومة ضمان الجودة في کلية التربية جامعة عين شمس وفقاً للتقارير السنوية خلال السنوات 2010-2015؟
ما الخصائص والأهداف للتطوير التنظيمي لکلية التربية جامعة عين شمس؟
وما الرؤية المستقبلية المقترحه للتطوير التنظيمي لکلية التربية جامعة عين شمس؟

It can be said that the faculties of education as teacher-training institutions are facing a strategic challenge from the history of Egypt in that they adopt a strategy of reaction and adaptation to the surrounding variables, while they are required to exercise leadership and change management and leadership in the near future. The improvement of the system of colleges of education becomes a social demand and requires consideration of the possibility of organizational development of these colleges and linking them to clear perceptions about the future performance in the teacher preparation systems on the one hand and to accommodate the requirements of achieving quality assurance on the other hand, especially with the widespread criticism about the weak level Graduates of the faculties of education and lack of the specialized materials they teach, and the low level of educational practice, which threatens the consequences of a severe and threatens the future of these colleges
The pace of change and its strength have led to the rush of colleges of education towards development and the adoption of different organizational strategies, but some consider the colleges of education after taking these strategies as organizations close to the edge of the chaos Edge of chaos due to the volume of criticisms and the lack of these strategies for flexibility to accommodate the speed of changes surrounding colleges This is evidenced by the difficulties faced by colleges in dealing with these criticisms, as some literature suggests
Therefore, the present study seeks to answer the following questions, which revolve around the study:

• What is the nature of the relationship between the organizational structures in the Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University and the teacher preparation systems?
• What is the need for the organizational development of the faculties of education to improve the quality of performance in the faculties of education?
• What is the reality of the quality assurance system in the Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University according to the annual reports during the years 2010-2015?
• What are the characteristics and objectives for the organizational development of the Faculty of Education Ain Shams University?
• What is the future vision proposed for the organizational development of the Faculty of Education Ain Shams University?
