الشراکة المجتمعية بين جامعة الباحة ومدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة الباحة في ضوء رؤية المملکة العربية السعودية 2030 " دراسة تقويمية "

المستخلص:
يهدف هذا البحث إلى  بيان الشراکة المجتمعية بين جامعة الباحة ومدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة الباحة في ضوء رؤية  المملکة العربية السعودية  2030 ، و رصد واقع الشراکة بينهما ، وإبراز التحديات التي تعوق تفعيل هذه الشراکة ، ومن ثم اقتراح آليات توظيف الشراکة المجتمعية کمدخل لتعزيز الشراکة بين جامعة الباحة ومدارس التعليم العام  بمنطقة الباحة في ضوء رؤية المملکة العربية السعودية  2030 ، ولقد استخدمت الباحثة في جمع البيانات أداتين  ( استبانتين ) من تصميم الباحثة ، إحداهما وجهت لعينة عشوائية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ، والأخرى تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية من قادة وقائدات مدارس بمنطقة الباحة ، بلغ عددهم  للمجموعتين ( 150) ، تم استرجاع منهم  (145) ، وتم استبعاد الاستبيانات غير المکتملة وغير الصالحة للتحليل وعددها (26) استبانة ، والباقي من الاستبيانات وعددها ( 119) ، أجريت عليها عملية التحليل الإحصائي ، بهدف التعرف على واقع الشراکة المجتمعية بين جامعة الباحة ومدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة الباحة وفق رؤية  2030 ، وتحديد التحديات التي تعيق هذه الشراکة ، والآليات المقترحة لتوظيف الشراکة المجتمعية کمدخل للتعزيز بين جامعة الباحة ومدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة الباحة .
ولقد توصلت الدراسة لنتائج کان من أبرزها:

إن جامعة الباحة تمتلک قيادة فعالة اهتمت بوضع خطة جيدة للشراکة المجتمعية في ضوء رؤية 2030 للمملکة العربية السعودية ومنها الاعتماد على الثروة البشرية والاهتمام بها والانتقال الى مجتمع المعرفة.
إن من أبرز معوقات تفعيل الشراکة المجتمعية کثرة الأعباء الادارية ونقص تدريب القيادات المدرسية.
أن المشارکة المجتمعية يمکن أن تتم بوسائل وأساليب مختلفة من أهمها زيادة الموارد المحدودة وتطوير المناهج والمقررات الدراسية، والتعرف على المشکلات التعليمية وتحديدها، ووضع حلول لها.
ضرورة تعزيز المشارکة المجتمعية في العملية التعليمية خاصة بعد أن ثبت نجاحها في تحسين وتطوير التعليم بالعديد من دول العالم.

وتوصي الباحثة بما يلي:

العمل على استحداث جهاز إشراف وتقويم ومراقبة علمية لرصد وتنظيم التعاون بين جامعة الباحة ومؤسسات المجتمع المختلفة وتکون وظيفته:
دراسة الوضع الراهن لتحديد الشرکات المطلوبة وإعداد دليل يوضح فيه الجهات التي يمکن إقامة الشرکات المجتمعية معها وکيفية تفعيل هذه الشراکة بما يضمن أقصى منفعة للطرفين.
نشر ثقافة الشراکة المجتمعية والخدمة التطوعية سواء على مستوى الاشخاص أو المجتمع ککل وذلک من خلال نشر المطبوعات وإقامة ورش عمل ولقاءات ومؤتمرات تضم منسوبي الجامعة والإدارات التعليمية بالاشتراک مع أصحاب المؤسسات المجتمعية وأولياء الأمور وتوضيح إجراءات تفعيلها.
تشکيل لجان اعلامية مؤهلة للتسويق والإعلان عن انجازات الجامعة، مع التبني الکامل لإبداعات العاملين والطلبة في الجامعة والعمل على تطويرها إلى مشاريع منتجة، وإصدار نشرات دورية عن نتيجة الشراکة وفائدتها حتى تکون محفزة للآخرين.

Abstract:
 This research aims to demonstrate the community partnership between Al-Baha University and the schools of public education in Al-Baha region in light of the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030, to monitor the reality of the partnership between them, highlight the challenges that impede the activation of this partnership, and then propose mechanisms for employing community partnership as an entry point to strengthen the partnership between Al-Baha University. And public education schools in Al-Baha region in light of the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030, and the researcher used two tools (questionnaires) designed by the researcher to collect data, one of which was directed to a random sample of faculty members, and the other was applied to a random sample of school leaders and leaders in Al-Baha region. Their number for the two groups is (150), of whom (145) were retrieved, and incomplete and unfit for analysis questionnaires (26) were excluded, and the rest of the questionnaires were (119), on which a statistical analysis process was conducted, with the aim of identifying the reality of community partnership between Al-Baha University. And public education schools in Al-Baha region according to Vision 2030, identifying the challenges that hinder this partnership, and the proposed mechanisms for employing community partnership as an entry point for Enhancement between Al-Baha University and public education schools in Al-Baha region. The study reached conclusions, the most prominent of which are: 1 / Al-Baha University possesses effective leadership that has been concerned with developing a good plan for community partnership in light of the 2030 vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including reliance on human wealth and attention to it and the transition to a knowledge society. 2 / One of the main obstacles to activating community partnership is the large administrative burden and the lack of school leadership training. 3 / That community participation can take place through various means and methods, the most important of which is increasing limited resources, developing curricula and curricula, identifying and identifying educational problems, and developing solutions to them. 4 / The need to enhance community participation in the educational process, especially after it has proven successful in improving and developing education in many countries of the world. The researcher recommends the following: - Work to create a supervisory, evaluation and scientific monitoring apparatus to monitor and regulate cooperation between Al-Baha University and various community institutions, and its function is: Study the current situation to identify the required companies and prepare a guide explaining the entities with which community companies can be established and how to activate this partnership in a way that guarantees the maximum benefit for both parties. Spreading the culture of community partnership and volunteer service, whether at the level of individuals or society as a whole, by publishing publications and holding workshops, meetings and conferences that include university employees and educational departments, in partnership with the owners of community institutions and parents, and clarifying the procedures for their activation. - Forming media committees qualified to market and announce the university's achievements, while fully adopting the innovations of employees and students at the university and working to develop them into productive projects, and issuing periodic bulletins on the outcome and benefit of the partnership so that it is a catalyst for others.
