المهارات اللازمة لإستخدام الکمبيوتر اللوحى فى التدريس لدى معلمى مرحلة التعليم الاساسى

يشهد العالم اليوم ثورة تکنولوجية وعلمية کبيرة أحدثت تغييرات هائلة فى کل مجالات الحياة مما أدى إلى ظهور العديد من المستحدثات التکنولوجيه الحديثه المتزايده بصفه مستمره مثل أجهزة الکمبيوتر اللوحية الحديثة ، وشاشات اللمس والسبوره الذکية وغيرها من المستتحدثات التکنولوجية,
ولذلک کان لابد من الإهتمام بالمعلم حيث أنه العامل الرئيسي فى منظومة التعليم باعتباره القوة الفاعلة لتوظيف المستحدثات التکنولوجية بالمؤسسات التعليمية بمشارکته الإدارة، الأمر الذي جعل الاهتمام به مدخلا من المداخل الأساسية لتطوير التعليم ولکن على الرغم من أهمية دور أخصائي تکنولوجيا التعليم فى توظيف المستحدثات التکنولوجية فى العملية التعليمية إلا أن هذه الأهمية لا يقابلها توظيف حقيقي للمستحدثات التکنولوجيا ويرجع ذلک إلى عدم تمکن المعلمين من مهارات استخدام تلک المستحدثات التکنولوجية ، ومن هنا يأتي هذا البحث لبناء برنامج تدريبى ينمى القدرة علي التعامل مع أحد هذه المستحدثات واستخدامها فى التدريس ألا وهى " أجهزة الکمبيوتر اللوحية  " .
