الملخص:
 تنطلق هذه الدراسة من إحساس الباحث بالفائدة الکبيرة التي من الممکن أن تعود على الطلاب السعوديين إذا ماتم تحفيزهم وتنمية وعيهم بالدور الذي يمکن أن يتحقق من مشارکتهم في انتخابات أندية الطلاب في الخارج لما تضطلع به من مهام مثل تعرف الطلاب بعضهم بالبعض الآخر مما يدعم لغة الحوار وما يترتب عليه من ارتقاء التفکير الحر والوجدان المتسامح والعمل التعاوني التشارکي وکذلک ما تؤدي إليه هذه المشارکة من التعرف على بعض جوانب مشکلات هؤلاء الطلاب وما يواجههم من عقبات ووسائل التغلب عليها کما قامت الدراسة بتحديد أهم عوامل الإحجام عن المشارکة الطلابية في هذه الانتخابات ثم توصلت إلى  وضع رؤية لتفعيل المشارکة الطلابية في انتخابات أندية الطلاب السعوديين لتحقيق أعلى فاعلية .
       Abstract
This study is motivated by the researcher's understanding of the tremendous benefits for the Saudi students studying abroad, if their consciousness about the importance of participating in the elections for the Saudi students’ clubs is developed. These clubs have tasks such as enabling students to know each other, which will strengthen the art of dialogue. This art of dialogue will result in the promotion of free thinking, tolerance and the participation in cooperative work. This participation will also lead to identifying some aspects of the students’ problems and the means of overcoming them. The study identifies the most important factors for the students' reluctance to participate in these elections. Hence it comes to the formulation of a vision for activating students’ participation in the elections for abroad Saudi students’ clubs in order to achieve a maximum activation and effectiveness.
