القيم التربوية لدى طلاب کليات التربية

تعتبر القيم مصدرا أساسيا لأهداف التربية, ومن ثم تکون المهمة الملقاة على عاتق التربية هى تنمية القيم المرغوب فيها لدى الناشئة. وتعد الحياة الجامعية من أهم مصادر المنظومة القيمية حيث يتعلم الطلبة فى أثناء سنوات الدراسة القيم الصالحة من خلال الخبرات التى تهيأ لهم بصورة مستمرة، والبناء القيمى لدى طلبة الجامعة يعتمد على جهود کبيرة ومنظمة يقوم بها کل من تقع عليه المسئولية فى الجامعة، فنشر القيم التربوية السليمة لدى طلبة الجامعة وترسيخها لديهم يحتاج إلى إزالة التناقضات الفکرية والقيمية
ولا شک أن القيم التى يکتسبها المعلم أثناء دراسته الجامعية تؤثر فى شخصيته ويظل لها تأثير فى حياته وعمله، فالمعلم يعبر عن السياسة التربوية بصفة عامة وعن القيم بصفة خاصة، ولذلک اهتمت هذه الدراسة بالمرحلة الجامعية لإعداد المعلم لأنها تشهد تغيراً کبيراً فى حياة الطالب لأنها تمثل مرحلة المراهقة المتأخرة, وفيها يتم الاستعداد للانتقال إلى الحياة العملية، وأيضا لما يحدث فيها من تغيرات نفسية وإجتماعية وتأثير ذلک على قيمهم الخاصة والقيم التربوية. لذا تناولت هذه الدراسة أهمية القيم التربوية, وأساليب تکوينها وتنميتها, ومکانة القيم فى التربية, وأدوار المعلم, ودور الجامعة فى تنمية القيم, ثم مقترحات لتفعيل دور الجامعة فى تنمية القيم لدى طلابها

Therefore, this study dealt with the importance of educational values, methods of composition and development, the status of values ​​in education, the roles of the teacher, the role of the university in the development of values ​​and suggestions for activating the role of the university in the development of values ​​among its students
