الشبهة المثارة حول أرث المرأة المسلمة والرد عليها

المستخلص :
يثير أعداء الدين بين الفينة والأخرى شبهات حول ديننا الإسلامي الحنيف مشککين شباب الأمة وشاباتها في مسلماتهم بغية إقصاء أحکام الشريعة واستبدالها بأخرى غربية . ومن تلک الشبهات ظلم الإسلام للأنثى بجعل نصيبها على النصف من نصيب أخيها الذکر في الميراث وأن هذه المفارقة في توزيع الإرث بين الذکر والأنثى أساسها جنس کل منهما . تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تفنيد شبهة ظلم الإسلام للأنثى بجعل نصيبها نصف نصيب أخيها الذکر في الميراث ، وتوضيح السبب في إعطاء الإسلام الذکر ضعف ما أعطى الأنثى ، وإلى بيان عظمة هذا الدين وعدالته في تقسيم الإرث ، وربط الأجيال بکتاب ربهم وسنة نبيهم r .
وقد سلکت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي .
 وکان من أبرز النتائج والتوصيات : أولاً : أن الله سبحانه وتعالى هو الذي حدد أنصبة المواريث بنفسه جل في علاه ولم يترکها للخلق .ثانياً:  أن نصيب المرأة في الإرث ثابت بنصوص قطعية في کتاب الله وسنة رسوله r .  ثالثاً : نالت المرأة في ظل الإسلام مکانة عظمى لم تنلها المرأة غير المسلمة في القديم أو الحديث ، رابعاً : اهتمام الإسلام بالعلاقات الأخوية وصلة الرحم ونبذ القطيعة والفرقة بين أفراد الأسرة ، أحيائهم بعضهم مع بعض ، بل حتى بين الأحياء والأموات .
هذا وقد أوصت الدراسة  : بإقرار مقرر لطلاب الجامعة وطالباتها للرد على الشبهات المثارة حول دينهم الإسلامي ، والاستفادة من التقنيات الحديثة وتوظيفها لبيان مزايا هذا الدين العظيم ونشره في العالم .
 
Abstract:
The enemies of religion occasionally raise suspicions about our true Islamic religion, questioning the nation's young men and women in their Muslimness in order to exclude the provisions of the Sharia and replace them with other Western ones. Among these suspicions is the injustice of Islam to the female by making her share of the half of her brother's share in inheritance and that this paradox in the distribution of inheritance between male and female is based on the sex of each. This study aims at refuting the suspicion of the injustice of Islam to the female by making her share half the share of her male brother in inheritance, and explaining why Islam gives male double what gave the female, and to show the greatness of this religion and justice in the division of inheritance, and linking generations with the book of their Lord and the year of their prophet.
In this study, the researcher took the descriptive approach.
 One of the most prominent conclusions and recommendations: First: that God Almighty is the one who determined the shares of the inheritance himself in the most important and did not leave it to create. Second: the share of women in the inheritance fixed pieces of the text in the Book of God and the year of His Messenger. Third: Women in Islam have gained a great position that was not enjoyed by non-Muslim women in the old or modern. Fourth: Islam's interest in fraternal relations and the link between the uterus and the rejection of separation and division among family members, their neighborhoods with each other and even between the living and the dead.
The study recommended the adoption of a decision for students of the university and its students to answer the suspicions raised about their Islamic religion, and to take advantage of modern techniques and employ them to demonstrate the advantages of this great religion and its dissemination in the world
