بعض قضايا التعليم بمجموعة دول غرب أفريقيا دول الأکواس فى مجلة قراءات أفريقية دراسة تحليلية

مع بداية العقد الأول من القرن  الحادى و العشرين ، بدأ العالم مرحلة جديدة تُعبر عن توجهات جديدة متمثلة في: التداعيات الدولية والإقليمية، وما صاحبها من تحولات نوعية في بنية العالم السياسية والاقتصادية والثقافية، وذلک في ظل اتساع آثار العولمة لذلک کان هناک حضور  لتأثير العولمة السياسية في کثير من القضايا ، ومنها  قضايا التعليم  .
و أصبح العالم  بصدد تشکيل حضارة عالمية ، ساهمت فيها الثورة المعرفية ببلورة  العديد من  ملامحها البازغة ، و التى تعتمد أساسا على الثورة العلمية و التکنولوجية ، التى ساعدت  على الانتقال بکفاءة من المجتمع الصناعى إلى مجتمع المعلومات العالمى ، والذى يتحول ببطء ، وأن کان بثبات إلى مجتمع المعرفة  الذى يتجاوز نموذج المجتمع الصناعى مما يفرض على دول العالم ، ومنها دول غرب أفريقيا ، الاهتمام بالتعليم ، وقضاياه المختلفة  ، خاصة و أن معظمها دول نامية و فى سبيلها إلى التقدم .
و تأسيسا على ذلک ، يتمثل موضوع الدراسة الحالية  ، فى المعالجة التحليلية النقدية لقضايا ومسائل التعليم في مجموعة دول  غرب أفريقيا  ( الايکواس  ) وذلک على اعتبار أن محتوى أوعية النشر العلمي في هذا المجال ، تعکس بوجه عام الوعي العلمي والاجتماعي بهذه القضايا   .
ويتحدد  " مجال الدراسة " في اختيار مجلة " قراءات أفريقية  "، بإعتبارها تمثل اللسان الناطق باسم حرکة التعليم و الثقافة فى القارة الأفريقية

The world has become a global civilization, in which the knowledge revolution contributed to the crystallization of many of its emergent features, which are based mainly on the scientific and technological revolution, which helped to move efficiently from the industrial society to the global information society, which slowly, albeit steadily, Knowledge that transcends the model of the industrial society, which requires the countries of the world, including West African countries, to pay attention to education, and its various issues, especially as most of them are developing countries and in the process of progress.
Based on this, the subject of the present study is the critical analysis of the issues and issues of education in the West African Community (ECOWAS), considering that the content of scientific publishing vessels in this field generally reflects the scientific and social awareness of these issues.
