المهارات العملية اللازمة لتلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية في مادة التربية الزراعية

يعتبر القطاع الزراعى أداة رئيسية للتنمية الأقتصادية فهو المسؤل الأول عن توفير الاحتياجات الرئيسية من الغذاء والکساء والمواد الأولية التى يقوم عليها النشاط الأقتصادى ، ومع ظهور التوجهات الحديثة نحو التنمية الشاملة بهدف وضع الأقتصاد المصرى على الطريق الصحيح تبرز أهمية الارتفاع بمستوى الأنتاج الزراعى فى مصر وذلک لدفع عجلة التنمية الزراعية فى مصر ومن ثم التنمية الأقتصادية . وان اعداد العامل الماهر من حيث الکم والکيف يعد عاملا أساسيا لتنمية الزراعة وتطويرها وعلى العکس فان عدم تدريبة وقله تأهيله يعد سببا رئيسيا يؤثر بالسلب على التطوير الأقتصادى وقد يؤدى ذلک الى حدوث خسائر في الإنتاج أو العائد .
وتظهر أهمية البحث الحالى فى تدريس مادة التربية الزراعية فى المرحلة الأعدادية فى الأخذ به لمعرفه المهارات العملية فى وحدتى الصناعات الغذائية والألبان ، واختيار طرق التدريس المناسبة لتنميتها لدى التلاميذ وتطوير منهج التربية الزراعية بالصف الثانى الاعدادى .
کما يسهم البحث فى تحديد بعض العقبات التى تواجة تدريس بعض المواد التى تتسم بالجانب العملى أو مادة التربية الزراعية فى مرحلة التعليم الابتدائى والثانوى العام ومواجهة هذه العقبات.
 The agricultural sector is a major tool for economic development. And the preparation of the skilled worker in terms of quantity and quality is a key factor for the development and development of agriculture and, conversely, the lack of training and low rehabilitation is a major cause affects negatively on economic development and may lead to losses in production or return.
The importance of the current research in the teaching of agricultural education in the preparatory stage in the introduction of knowledge of practical skills in the units of food and dairy industries, and choose the appropriate teaching methods for the development of students and the development of the curriculum of agricultural education in the second grade preparatory.
The research also contributes to the identification of some of the obstacles facing the teaching of some of the practical or agricultural education materials in the primary and secondary education levels
