يسعى هذا البحث إلي تنمية مهارات الاتصال الالکتروني لتلاميذ ضعاف السمع وذلک من خلال تحليل محتوي کتاب مادة الکمبيوتر وتکنولوجيا المعلومات المقرر على تلاميذ الصف الثانى الإعدادى بهدف تحديد مهارات الاتصال الإلکتروني التي يتضمنها الکتاب وإعداد قائمة بمهارات الاتصال الإلکتروني الأساسية لتلاميذ ضعاف السمع وتصميم برنامج کمبيوتر تعليمي قائم علي متغيرات عرض المثيرات البصرية لتنمية مهارات الاتصال الإلکتروني لتلاميذ ضعاف السمع والکشف عن أثر بعض متغيرات عرض المثيرات البصرية في تحصيل المعرفي لمهارات الاتصال الإلکتروني لدي تلاميذ ضعاف السمع والکشف عن أثر بعض متغيرات عرض المثيرات البصرية في الإداء المهاري لمهارات الاتصال الإلکتروني لدي تلاميذ ضعاف السمع.
This research aims at developing the electronic communication skills of the hearing impaired students by analyzing the contents of the computer and information technology book for the second grade students in order to identify the electronic communication skills in the book and prepare a list of basic electronic skills for students with hearing loss.
