التربية الريادية ومتطلباتها من التعليم الجامعي في ضوء اقتصاد المعرفة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة سوهاج

 ملخص البحث
تسعى الکثير من الدول في الوقت الحالي الى الاعتماد على نظم تعليم حديثة في تحقيق التنمية من خلال تکوين مواطن صالح يتمتع بقدرات إبداعية خلاقة تمکنه من الاعتماد على نفسه في توفير فرصة عمل له والمساهمة في تحقيق التنمية المجتمعية. لذلک اتجهت الکثير من الدول إلى الاهتمام بالتعليم الريادي والبحث عن نظم تعليمية جديدة تفيد في علاج مشکلة البطالة في المجتمعات بعيداً على إلقاء المسئولية کاملة على عاتق الدولة واستغلال قدرات الخريجين في تحقيق النهضة المجتمعية، وتقديم ما يمکنهم من الاعتماد على أنفسهم مستقبلاً في خوض غمار العمل الحر، وذلک من خلال الاهتمام بالتنمية الريادية بهدف رفع الکفاءة في استخدام الموارد وتحويل الموارد من مستوى متدني الإنتاجية إلى مستوى عال 
وفى ظل هذا الأهتمام أصبحت الجامعات المصرية اليوم مطالبة بالترکيز على البعد الريادي وتنمية القيم الريادية من خلال ما توفره لهؤلاء الشباب من ثقافة واعية وصحيحة حول الريادية ومکوناتها وقيمها وأبعادها في ضوء اقتصاد المعرفة من خلال الاهتمام بالتربية الريادية في الوقت الحاضر وجعلها من الأهمية بمکان في مؤسسات التعليم العربية لاسيما التعليم الجامعي، فالمدقق لأنظمة التعليم العربية يلاحظ قلة الاهتمام بالتعليم الريادي على الرغم من دوره في تحقيق التنمية في المجتمعات، ولهذا تسعى الدراسة الحالية إلى الوقوف على التربية الريادية ومتطلباتها من التعليم الجامعي في ضوء اقتصاد المعرفة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة سوهاج.
