تفعيل دور التربية لمواجهة الإرهاب الإلکتروني

في ظل ما يشهده العالم اليوم من تطور هائل في تکنولوجيا الاتصالات والمعلومات، وفى ظل الاستخدام السلبي لها، ظهرت صور وأشکال جديدة من الإرهاب أطلق عليها الإرهاب الإلکتروني، الذي ظهر وشاع استخدامه عقب الطفرة الکبيرة التي حققتها تکنولوجيا المعلومات واستخدامات الحواسب الآلية بصفة عامة، والإنترنت بصفة خاصة في إدارة معظم الأنشطة الحياتية.
وتناولت الدراسة الحالية مفهوم الإرهاب الإلکتروني، وسماته، وأسباب انتشاره، وأضراره. کما تناولت الاتجاهات الحديثة لمواجهة الإرهاب الإلکتروني، والمتمثلة في تجارب بعض الدول، والهيئات الدولية والحقوقية، ودور التربية في التصدي لآثاره المدمرة على المجتمعات والأفراد.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مواجهة الإرهاب الإلکتروني تتطلب من المؤسسات التربوية تبني أدوار جديدة في إعداد النشء للحياة في العصر الرقمي، ووضع تصور شامل تتبناه المؤسسات التربوية، وذلک من خلال تدعيم ثقافة الاستخدام الرشيد للمواقع الإلکترونية، وتنمية الوعي بمخاطر الإرهاب الإلکتروني، والتأصيل لثقافة الحوار والتفکير الناقد وقبول الآخر.
 Abstract In light of what the world is witnessing today of the tremendous development in communication and information technology, and in light of its negative use, new images and forms of terrorism have emerged called electronic terrorism, whose use appeared and popularized after the great boom achieved by information technology and the use of computers in general, and the Internet in general. Especially in managing most of life's activities. The current study deals with the concept of electronic terrorism, its features, the causes of its spread, and its harms. It also dealt with recent trends to confront electronic terrorism, represented by the experiences of some countries, international and human rights bodies, and the role of education in addressing its destructive effects on societies and individuals. The study found that confronting electronic terrorism requires educational institutions to adopt new roles in preparing young people for life in the digital age, and to develop a comprehensive vision that educational institutions adopt, by strengthening the culture of rational use of websites, developing awareness of the dangers of electronic terrorism, and rooting for a culture of dialogue and thinking.
