عوامل الريادة entrepreneurial في الجامعات البحثية "کلية الشرق العربي نموذجاً"

تعتبر کلية الشرق العربي للدراسات العليا بالرياض نموذجاً للکليات البحثية عالمية المستوى في ضوء توافر عناصر النموذج الرائد (زيادة اجتذاب الطلاب ضمن سياسة قبول واضحة – توافر أعضاء هيئة تدريس ذوي خبرة في تخصصاتهم – التمويل المالي الکافي -تطبيق الحوکمة الرشيدة)، ولا شک أن عناصر هذه المنظومة تقود الى مخرجات البحث العلمي ذات الجودة – الخريجين المواکبين لسوق العمل – الاستثمار المعرفي الرائد.
ففي ضوء استطلاع مدى تطبيق کلية الشرق للحوکمة الرشية ومعايير الجودة المحققة للتميز، أشارت الدلائل والمؤشرات الى سلامة التوجهات ونزاهة السلوک والاتصاف بالشفافية والمساءلة ومشارکة الأطراف المعنية الذين لهم علاقة بالکلية.

The Arab East College for Graduate Studies in Riyadh is considered a model for world-class research colleges in light of the availability of the elements of the pioneering model (increasing student attraction within a clear admission policy - availability of faculty members with experience in their specializations - adequate financial funding - the application of good governance), and there is no doubt that the elements of these The system leads to the outputs of quality scientific research - graduates who keep pace with the labor market - the pioneering knowledge investment.

In light of the survey of the extent of the East College’s implementation of good governance and the quality standards that achieve excellence, the indications and indicators point to sound trends, integrity of behavior, transparency, accountability and the participation of the concerned parties who are related to the college.
