المناهج الدراسية في ظل التحول الرقمي والتنمية المستدامة وتحقيق رؤية 2030

رکزت رؤية مصر 2030 على العديد من الأهداف الاستراتيجية، والتي تعلي من شأن محور التعليم والتدريب، والتي تتمثل في الآتي:

تحسين جودة نظام التعليم بما يتوافق مع النظم العالمية
التعليم العام الأساسي (قبل الجامعي):
تفعيل قواعـد الجـودة والاعتمـاد المســايــرة للمعـاييــر العـالميـــة.
تمکـين المتعلـم مـن متطلبـات ومهـارات القــرن الــواحــد والعشــريـن.
التنمية المهنية الشاملة والمستدامة المخططة للمعلمين.
تطوير المناهج بجميع عناصرها بما يتناسب مع التطوّرات العالمية والتحديث المعلوماتي مع مراعاة سن المتعلّم واحتياجاته البيولوجية والنفسية، بحيث تکون المناهج متکاملة وتُسهم في بناء شخصيته.
تطوير البنية التنظيمية للوزارة والمديريات والإدارات التعليمية والمدارس، بما يحقق تحسين الخدمة التعليمية المقدّمة.
التوصل إلى الصيغ التکنولوجية الأکثر فعالية، في عرض المعرفة المستهدفة وتداولها بين الطلاب والمعلمين.
توفير بنية تحتية قوية داعمة للتعلّم (معامل – مکتبات – اتصال بالإنترنت – مرافق لممارسة الأنشطة، وخلافه).
تطوير منظومة التقييم والتقويم في ضوء أهداف التعليم وأهداف المادة العلمية، والترکيز على التقويم الشامل (معرفياً – مهارياً – وجدانياً) دون الترکيز على التقييم التحصيلي فقط.
التوصل إلى الصيغ التکنولوجية والإليکترونية الأکثر فعالية في عرض المعرفة المستهدفة والبحث العلمي وتداولها بين الطلاب والمعلمين ومن يرغب من أبناء المجتمع.

التعلم المدمج شکل من اشکال للتعليم الالکتروني
ما هو التعليم المدمج بات من الصعب اليوم التخلي عن التکنولوجيا بشکلٍ عام نظراً لما تقّدمه من تسهيلاتِ وفوائد للإنسان على کافة الأصعدة، ومنها التّعليم. هذا وتتنافس المؤسسات التّعليمية فيما بينها على استخدام تکنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال ومواکبة التطور الحاصل في عصرنا.
ومنذ ظهور الإنترنت ومع تطوّر طرق تخزين المعلومات واسترجاعها في أي وقت، أصبح من السهل على المعلّمين والمتعلّمين وجميع الأفراد الوصول إلى  تلک المعلومات المتاحة على الشّبکة. من هنا، ظهر التّعليم الإلکتروني E-Learning  وهو شکل من أشکال التّعليم عن بعد، الذي ألغى الفصول التقليديّة واستبدلها بالفصول الافتراضيّة. ونظراً لعدم القدرة على تقبُّل فکرة التّحول الکلّي من أسلوب التّعليم التقليدي إلى أسلوب التّعلّم الإلکتروني لدى المعلّمين والمحاضرين الجامعيّين واتّهام التّعليم الإلکتروني البحت بالتّسبب بالشّعور بالوحدة والعزلة، ظهر التّعليم المدمج الذي يعتبر واحدة من طرق توظيف التّعليم الإلکتروني في التّدريس.

Egypt Vision 2030 focused on several strategic goals, which raise the profile of the education and training axis, which are as follows:
Improving the quality of the education system in line with international systems
Basic general education (pre-university):
• Activating the rules of quality and accreditation in line with international standards.
• Enabling the learner to meet the requirements and skills of the twenty-first century.
• Planned comprehensive and sustainable professional development for teachers.
• Developing curricula with all its elements in line with global developments and information updating, taking into account the age of the learner and his biological and psychological needs, so that the curricula are integrated and contribute to building his personality.
• Developing the organizational structure of the ministry, directorates, educational departments and schools in order to achieve improvement of the educational service provided.
• Finding the most effective technological formulas in presenting the targeted knowledge and its circulation between students and teachers.
• Providing a strong infrastructure to support learning (laboratories - libraries - internet connection - facilities for carrying out activities, etc.).
• Developing the evaluation and evaluation system in light of the objectives of education and the objectives of the scientific subject, and focusing on the comprehensive evaluation (cognitive - skill - emotional) without focusing on the achievement evaluation only.
• Reaching the most effective technological and electronic formulas in presenting targeted knowledge and scientific research and circulating it among students, teachers and those who wish from the community.
Blended learning is a form of e-learning
What is blended education? Today it is difficult to give up technology in general, given the facilities and benefits it provides to humans at all levels, including education. The educational institutions compete with each other to use information and communication technology and keep pace with the development of our time.
Since the advent of the Internet and with the development of methods of storing and retrieving information at any time, it has become easy for teachers, learners and all individuals to access that information available on the network. From here, E-Learning emerged, which is a form of distance education, which abolished traditional classes and replaced them with virtual classes. In view of the inability to accept the idea of ​​a total shift from the traditional teaching method to the e-learning method of university teachers and lecturers, and the accusation of pure electronic education of causing a feeling of loneliness and isolation, blended education appeared, which is considered one of the ways to employ e-learning in teaching.
