التعليم الإلکتروني ضرورة تفرضها جائحة کرونا بکليات جامعة الأزهر

في ظل التطور والتقدم الذي نعيشه الآن؛ کان لزاماً علينا أن نأخذ به وبکل الأساليب والاستراتيجيات لملاحقة البلدان المتقدمة من حولنا ومواکبتها، والتعايش مع أمة جائحة کورونا والتي استطاعت أن تغمر العالم بأسره وتؤثر تأثيراً کبير على اقتصاديات کل الدول المتقدم منها والمتخلف، ذلک مما کان له الأثر الأکبر أيضاً على مسار التعليم بهذه الدول ، ومنها مصر بلدنا الحبيبة، وبذلک کان لا مهرب من استخدام هذه التکنولوجيا الحديثة للتعامل مع هذه الأزمة سواء من قريب، أو من بعيد من أجل تخطى هذه الأزمة، ومن هنا کان التعليم الالکتروني من أنواع التعليم التي تهدف إلى جعل الأفراد يتعلمون في أي مکان وفي أي زمان، دون الاقتصار على فئة معينة، أو مرحلة عمرية معينة، ليس هذا فقط، ولکن کان الاهتمام الأکبر أن يتم تطبيق ذلک على جميع  الطلاب لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة أيضاً بل الوافدين الموجودين ببلدهم، واعلنت الجامعة العديد من التحذيرات مع بعض الارشادات ومنها:
1.    تحذير الجامعة من الانخراط وراء الشائعات المتداولة حول فيروس کورونا.
2.    -نشر حملات التوعية اللازمة، وضرورة التباعد الاجتماعي بين الطلاب لتفادي الوقوع في فيروس کورونا.
3.    حرص الجامعة على شعار "الوقاية خير من العلاج"؛ وذلک للتوعية بفيروس کورونا، لتجنب الإصابة والتعرف على أعراضه؛ حفاظًا على سلامة المجتمع الجامعي.
4.    مراعاة العدالة في توفير الأجهزة والتسهيلات اللازمة لاستخدام المستحدثات التکنولوجية؛ بما يتناسب مع أعداد الطلبة في أماکن تدريسهم.
5.    تقييم البرامج التدريسية المقدمة للطلاب وتحديد أوجه القصور بها وإمکانية التغلب عليها لتفعيل دورها في رفع کفاءة المتعلم.
6.    عمل ايميل جامعي لجميع طلاب الجامعة بکل الکليات.
7.    -عمل منصات تعليمية لکل اعضاء هيئة التدريس بالکليات المختلفة للتدريس عليها أون لاين مع مراعاة وضع الجداول التي يتم من خلالها تبليغ الطلاب عن موعد المحاضرات لکل مادة من المواد المقررة عليه.
8.    -الأخذ باستراتيجية التعلم الخليط أو الهجين في کل کليات الجامعة.

In light of the development and progress that we are experiencing now; It was necessary for us to adopt it and all the methods and strategies to pursue and keep pace with the developed countries around us, and to coexist with the Corona pandemic nation, which was able to overwhelm the entire world and have a major impact on the economies of all developed and backward countries, which also had the greatest impact on the course of education in these countries. And, including Egypt, our beloved country, and thus there was no escape from using this modern technology to deal with this crisis, either from near or from afar, in order to overcome this crisis, and hence electronic education was one of the types of education that aims to make individuals learn anywhere and At any time, without limiting it to a specific group, or a certain age, not only that, but the greatest concern was to apply this to all students with special needs as well, but also to expatriates who are in their country, and the university announced many warnings with some instructions, including:
1. Warn the university against engaging in rumors circulating about the Coronavirus.
2.- Spreading the necessary awareness campaigns, and the necessity of social distancing among students to avoid falling into the Corona virus.
3. The university’s keenness on the slogan "Prevention is better than cure"; This is to raise awareness of the Coronavirus, to avoid infection and recognize its symptoms; In order to preserve the safety of the university community.
4. Observing fairness in providing the equipment and facilities necessary for the use of technological innovations; In proportion to the number of students in their teaching places.
5. Evaluating the teaching programs provided to students, identifying their deficiencies and the possibility of overcoming them, to activate their role in raising the efficiency of the learner.
6. Making a university email for all university students in all colleges.
7.-Creating educational platforms for all faculty members in the various colleges to teach on them online, taking into account the development of schedules through which students are notified of the lectures' date for each of the subjects decided upon.
8.- Adopting a mixed or hybrid learning strategy in all colleges of the university.
